Joshua Harrison Ministries

Hello and welcome to my ministry blog.  I’m so excited you are here with me today.  This is a new adventure for me.  Not blogging in general, but more so the content I will be posting here on this blog.  I am a Christian pianist and piano teacher and for the longest time I would use my blog as a means to hopefully help me earn more money.  But then I realized that the “money” issue was my problem.  I turned my trust from God and what He would do for me to the thought of what money could do for me.

I am so thankful the Lord showed me this.  I prayed and asked God to help me to live for Him and do what I do for His honor and glory.  Thus my ministry theme verse, “Do all to the glory of God.” I realize that without Him, I am nothing.

Now,I also understand that sometimes money does come along with being a pianist. Especially when I play for weddings and a variety of other events. I do have to live and it does cost to travel. However, I’ve decided not to let money be the I reason why I run my business. It’s not the main drive or focus anymore. I do what I do out of a pure love for Jesus Christ.

So, what will this blog be about?  I will be using this blog to feature and talk about any music projects I take on as well as any ministry opportunities that may arise.   Secondly, I will also be writing about different ministry activities I take part in.   This blog is sort of a journal too.  So, from time to time I will be writing and posting pictures from my personal life.  Why not get to know me as well!

It is my prayer that all who come under the sound of my music will receive a blessing and encouragement.
